Selah It Is Well

(La Cheval Knight Royale x Bests Savannah)

Foaled July 20, 2021

This cross was so exceptional it will be repeated for 2022!

Price: $4,000 to an approved home

This foal was highly anticipated and we are ecstatic about the results and this colt's future too! "Bishop" is expected to mature to 15.1 to 15.2 hands. He is a rare smoky black and the only known cream carrying descendent of the late UVM Abington (UVM Promise x UVM Night Star). If he remains intact he will be able to produce buckskin, palomino, and Smoky black offspring rich in the bloodlines of his famous ancestral sire line; the foundation of the government-bred Morgan family.

Bishop's pedigree is based on the proven cross of old government and Brunk breeding. He has 15 crosses to Flyhawk, 19 crosses to Jubilee King (and others) along with the incredible strong infusion of old government breeding through his sire, La Cheval Knight Royale. You'll want to follow his progress closely because he is truly a remarkable colt that shows tremendous promise.

How he got his barn name, "Bishop" - His sire is called, "Knight" and the colt was born on National Chess Day so of course he had to be a Bishop!

Due late 2021/early 2022 FOAL

Hazelrun Dominique

(NR Mighty Mouse x Ragtime Easy Street)

Serious inquiries on this foal are welcome and color possibilities include black, Smokey black, palomino or chestnut.

Hazelrun Dominique who we call, "Minnie," is huge in quality and pedigree. She is a rare Smokey black and she carries the cream gene for the potential to produce colorful Morgans. She currently stands just over 14.1H. Her foal out of La Cheval Knight Royale will have a sireline to General Gates on the top and bottom through 4 crosses to the 4 time World Champion, UVM Promise, on the sire and dam lines of the pedigree. This cross will be strong old government breeding with 14 crosses to Flyhawk making it a superior sport horse prospect. This filly's pedigree adds a lot to our goal in preserving the old government-bred line in high percentage with the possibility of a colorful foal. She acquired her creme gene from Chingadero's last recorded son, H-Saracen!
